This was our third time using Mr. Rooter. I have to compliment the manager for working with the technician on the best approach to our water issue. It’s always refreshing when someone explains the options you have in order for you to make the best decision. The technician was really good and explained what he was doing along the way. When we thought all work was completed, we found water gushing from an outside pipe. The manager coordinated for a technician to come out the next morning to fix it. Thank you for the great service. The faucet in the bathroom looks amazing!!!

I had a water leak and called Mr. Rooter, looking for someone to come out and take a look. After telling them what my issue was, they told me that it sounded like my A/C air handler was leaking, and instead of that, it was a plumbing issue. I am so thankful they took the time to listen and direct me to the right service provider. Because of this, I did not spend money unnecessarily for a service call when it was not a plumbing issue.
